Operations Director

• Execute the COO’s vision in daily operations including fulfillment, production, inbound/outbound logistics, and supply chain management.
• Oversee operational processes to ensure timely product delivery and optimal inventory management.
• Coordinate closely with third-party providers to streamline logistics and resolve potential disruptions.
• Lead efforts to transition operations to a third-party logistics provider, maintaining seamless service transfer.
• Support the scaling of wholesale operations and improve logistical frameworks in global shipping contexts.
• Implement strategic improvements collaboratively across distributed teams and partners.

• Extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally within e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Proven track record managing operations in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in strategizing and executing logistics solutions.
• Familiarity with 3PL services and transitioning in-house logistics to outsourced frameworks.
• Expertise with integrated operations platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
• Flexibility to operate in a hybrid work environment and local presence in the greater LA area for onsite management as needed.
• Command over operational metrics and the ability to utilize data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Experience working with startups or established brands, with a focus on scalable logistics solutions.
