Senior Project Manager – Glazing (Southern California)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of glazing industry experience to lead complex commercial projects throughout Southern California. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and safety objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple glazing projects from award through completion
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, and internal teams
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and change management
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Review contracts, shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes
- 8+ years of project management experience in the glazing industry
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and glass systems
- Proven ability to manage large-scale commercial projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
