We are partnered with a leading GC who are looking to onboard a Senior Superintendent to lead healthcare and high-end residential projects throughout Los Angeles. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who runs clean, safe, on‑schedule jobs and holds teams accountable.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day field operations from start to finish
- Manage superintendents, foremen, and trade partners on site
- Drive schedule, safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors
- Enforce site safety and compliance (
HCAI/OSHPD experience strongly preferred
) - Oversee inspections, punch lists, and closeout
- Maintain clear documentation and site reporting
- 5+ years of experience with a healthcare or residential GC
- Proven experience leading healthcare and/or high-end residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and means & methods
- HCAI/OSHPD experience preferred
- Leadership mindset — decisive, organized, and accountable
- Long-term pipeline of work in Los Angeles
- Strong support from PM and executive teams
- Opportunity to lead complex, high-profile projects
