Unlawful Detainer (UD) Attorney Manager
Compensation:
Up to $350K+ (On-Site but flexible with remote when able to)
We are seeking an experienced Unlawful Detainer Attorney Manager to serve as a key leader and coach within our litigation team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing, training, and mentoring attorneys and staff handling unlawful detainer cases while ensuring the highest standards of client service and case outcomes.
What You’ll DoLead & Coach: Serve as the “UD coach” for the firm — providing strategic guidance, courtroom insights, and ongoing training to attorneys handling unlawful detainer matters.
Case Oversight: Manage and supervise the unlawful detainer caseload, ensuring deadlines are met and filings are handled with precision.
Develop Talent: Build bench strength across the team by coaching trial techniques, case strategy, and client communication best practices.
Drive Excellence: Establish best practices, streamline workflows, and maintain consistent quality across all UD litigation.
Client Engagement: Partner with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded while supporting attorneys with complex issues.
Extensive experience in unlawful detainer litigation
, including trial and courtroom management.Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and inspire attorneys and support staff.
Strong organizational and case management skills.
Exceptional communication and client service orientation.
