$19.47/hr - $23.00/hr

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.).
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Adjust and perform minor repairs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

• Effective oral and written communication skills appropriate to the audience's needs.

Minimum 1 month of any prior work experience.

3 months of prior janitorial work.

High School/GED.

General education.

• Must be able to remain stationary 20% of the time.
• Must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer, to execute the job's essential functions.
• Must be able to lift or carry items:
  • 51-100 pounds—seldom
  • 51-100 pounds—occasionally
  • 26-50 pounds—frequently
  • 11-25 pounds—constantly
• Must occasionally ascend or descend stairs to provide essential services.
• Must effectively communicate information and ideas so that others clearly understand.
• Must work consistently in an office setting and is subject to the elements when working outside.
