Facility Technician - Counter

Responsibilities- Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, manage accurate accounting, transportation, and deposit of monies secured from coin operated machines; perform service and maintenance in a warehouse facility including water vending machines, parts and equipment inventory, and general maintenance materials.
- Ensure collections are counted, uploaded to Corporate Headquarters, transported, and deposited in a timely, accurate, and safe manner.
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean and organized fashion.
- Organize and maintain inventory of purchases including tools, machine parts, vehicle parts, water vending machines, equipment, and cleaning supplies; conduct monthly reconciliation of materials distributed or checked out to field personnel and report inventory to Director of Field Operations.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties.
- Service and maintain water vending machines transported to and/or stored in the warehouse; perform interior and exterior cleaning, sanitizing, quality assurance checks, and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical connections.
- Repair supplies and/or equipment for reintegration into inventory system, including refurbishing carbon tanks and cleaning reverse osmosis membranes.
- Operate company‑provided vehicle to shuttle collections and/or parts safely; keep vehicle clean at all times and report malfunctions promptly.
- Work overtime as necessary, scheduling such time far in advance.
- Handle other projects, duties, or tasks as required.
- Keep the reason we do what we do at the forefront of what you do every day.
- Understanding of plumbing (water flow, pipes, valves, etc.) and electrical mechanical devices (motors, switches, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions, including the use of a procedure manual.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or relevant experience with a stable work history.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean and acceptable driving record.
- Basic proficiency with math skills and diagnostic tools including handheld devices.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Compensation: $20 per hour.
Location:
Los Angeles, CA.
Schedule:
M‑F, Time: 7 am‑4 pm.
