Janitorial Crew Member – KBS Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC

Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $18.00/hr.
Starting pay: $17.00/hr.
Shift options: 4:00 am – 9:00 am (multiple shifts available).

• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with standard procedures and the building’s operational schedule.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout all areas.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless‑steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness; clean and sterilize as required.
• Complete sweep logs and record tasks as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely and properly.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

• Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs.
• Walk throughout the facility frequently during shifts.
• Stand, walk, and perform duties for 10–12 hours.
• Read and interpret safety documents, procedures, and maintenance instructions.
• Background check and drug test required.
