$1,000 SIGN‑ON BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT
We’re seeking a Property Maintenance Specialist to keep our luxury properties operating at their best. You’ll handle routine maintenance—mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues—while coordinating with Property Inspectors and third‑party vendors. With a company vehicle and professional tools, you’ll manage tasks and ensure high standards. After 90 days, you’ll receive health insurance and additional benefits, along with training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities- Maintain the upkeep of all company properties, including replacing light bulbs, BBQ area maintenance, and swapping out air filters, batteries, and other daily tasks.
- Prepare painted surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, removing old paint, and applying finishes as required.
- Clean and maintain the household and surroundings—sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces.
- Assemble furniture, adjust, trim, fit parts, inspect wood, ensure quality standards, and handle material orders.
- Perform routine pool maintenance—cleaning, filter upkeep, fixing lights, identifying damage, conducting repairs, maintaining stock records, and reporting water quality issues.
- Service HVAC needs—heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration—maintain and repair indoor climate control systems.
- Perform in‑home audio/video integrations and troubleshooting while cleaning/maintaining TVs and sound systems to ensure proper operation.
- Experience:
At least 3 years in property maintenance, specifically short‑term or long‑term rental properties. - Technical Expertise:
Understanding of luxury property components and experience managing high‑end homes, hotels, or apartments. - Tech‑Savvy:
Troubleshooting home security systems, home theater, TVs, streaming services, remotes, electrical blinds, curtains, and TV mounting. - Problem‑Solving:
Identify, diagnose, and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance. - Attention to Detail:
Detect small defects or safety hazards to maintain high quality and safety standards. - Physical Ability:
Climb ladders, assemble furniture, crawl in tight spaces, lift heavy equipment as needed. - Sense of Urgency:
Strong task management, responsive to customers, operations, and property needs. - License:
Valid California Driver’s License.
Hourly Wage: $28 - $40 per hour based on experience and performance.
Bonus: Personal bonus paid monthly, subject to management approval.
