Part-Time Custodian

We have an outstanding Contract position for aPart-Time Custodian to join a leading Company located in theLos Angeles, CA surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $18

This Part-Time Custodian job is on-site at a non-profit company, where the company culture promotes collaboration, accountability, curiosity, respect, and embracing each other's differences.  As a Custodian, you will work independently on tasks, as well as collaboratively in a team to meet deadlines. This is a good job for a flexible multitasker with an eye for detail  or spotting  errors.

You may perform other duties, including: cleaning, dusting, waxing, vacuuming, window cleaning, and mopping within all the public areas, restrooms, and administrative offices, upkeep of wood, concrete, carpeted, tiled floors, windows, and door glasses - mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing and vacuuming trash removal, wet wiping, dusting and dry wiping, and assist with all events (set up of chairs and tables, clean up and during the program).

Basic Hiring Criteria  :

+  High school diploma or equivalent.

+  Minimum 1 year of custodian experience.

+  Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment, specifically which are appropriate for each type of surface area.

+  Ability to work weekends.

+  Must be able to stand for the full shift and lift loads  up  to 45pounds.

+  Ability to crouch, kneel, reach, bend, and do repetitive movements .
