Lead the Supply Chain function for the North Hollywood site, driving procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and SIOP while ensuring compliance with government regulations. This role focuses on analytics-driven decision-making, strategic sourcing, and supply chain optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead site supply chain operations: procurement, materials planning, inventory, logistics, and SIOP
- Define commodity strategies, sourcing decisions, and supplier partnerships
- Drive inventory reduction, working capital improvement, and KPI/metrics reporting
- Develop and execute procurement strategies with a focus on cost savings and compliance
- Manage supplier risk, global market impacts, and contingency planning
- Negotiate contracts, select suppliers, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage a high-performing supply chain team
- Deliver year-over-year PPV/PCV cost reductions and continuous improvement initiatives
- 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience;
aerospace highly preferred - Strong background in analytics, KPI management, materials planning, and operations
- Experience with strategic sourcing, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier negotiations
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable business results
