Legal Assistant
Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Pay Rate: $25- $36/hr (Direct Hire)
Role OverviewVaco LA is partnering with a well-established law firm in West Los Angeles to find a qualified Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys as a floater

- Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys.
- Handle legal e-filings, drafting, and formatting of legal documents
. - Manage calendaring and scheduling for meetings, depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
- Assist with client onboarding and offboarding
. - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning
.
- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm.
- Prior experience in Probate, Estate Planning, or Family Law preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required
. - Proficiency in legal CRM software and strong technical skills required.
