A well-established plaintiff-side employment law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Employment Law Paralegal
. This is a role offering meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation exposure, and the opportunity to work on high-impact cases alongside seasoned employment attorneys.
- Support attorneys on wage & hour class actions, PAGA, and individual employment claims
- Draft and assist with pleadings, discovery, motions
- Manage case files, deadlines, and calendaring across multiple matters
- Coordinate discovery responses, document review, and productions
- 2+ years of experience as an Employment Law Paralegal (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Solid understanding of California labor & employment laws
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This role offers strong mentorship, meaningful work, and room to grow long-term within the firm.
