Associate Attorney - Leadership Track

A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team in Los Angeles, California. This role is ideal for attorneys seeking courtroom experience, meaningful responsibility, and rapid professional development within California state courts. Associates will engage in substantive legal work, focusing on court appearances, discovery strategy, law and motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Represent clients in California state court hearings, including trial calls and substantive motion hearings.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and review opposing parties' submissions.
• Prepare, draft, and argue motions, including motions to compel and dispositive motions.
• Assist senior attorneys with case strategy and trial preparation.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar (or pending admission).
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
