• Lead and litigate complex PAGA and class action cases on the plaintiff's side
• Handle employment disputes including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage theft, and retaliation
• Draft motions, conduct discovery, depositions, and trial strategy with partner oversight
• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a supportive team of trial experts
• Advise clients and drive settlements or verdicts in high-stakes matters

A minimum of 6+ years of experience in PAGA and class action litigation. Exceptional legal writing and research skills. Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
