Job Details

We are seeking Labor and Employment Attorneys to join our growing California offices in Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Orange County. This position offers an opportunity to handle diverse employment matters within a nationally recognized defense firm.

Responsibilities
  • Represent employers in wage and hour, single-plaintiff, and class action litigation
  • Handle FEHA, PAGA, and related employment claims through all phases of litigation
  • Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Collaborate with partners on strategy, case evaluation, and client counseling
  • Manage matters efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications
  • 2-10+ years of employment litigation experience including wage and hour, FEHA, or PAGA work
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Active and in good standing California Bar
  • 1,900 annual billable hour expectation
  • Hybrid work schedule available
