Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a talented Solicitor Commercial or Corporate to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level lawyer who thrives on variety and wants to broaden their experience.

• 5–8 years PQE as a commercial lawyer.
• Negotiate complex contracts and supplier agreements.
• Support corporate transactions and strategic projects.
• Advice on financing and property portfolio management.
• Strong ability to prioritise, solve problems, and manage multiple projects.
• A proactive, collaborative team player who builds trust and communicates clearly.
• In-house experience is desirable.
• Flexible to attend the office 2–3 days per week as part of a hybrid working model.

• Provide legal support across procurement, fleet, engineering & maintenance, and facilities.
• Advise on supplier agreements, fleet transactions, financing arrangements, and property portfolio matters.
• Support strategic projects, including acquisitions, partnerships, and corporate restructuring.
• Drive process improvements and smarter ways of working, including the adoption of automation and technology.
