Associate Attorney – Litigation; Hybrid | Los Angeles

Overview

We are partnering with a well-established plaintiff-side litigation firm in Los Angeles to hire an Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of litigation experience
.

This is a hybrid role offering hands-on exposure to all stages of litigation, including motions practice, discovery, court appearances, and settlement negotiations
. The firm handles a high volume of consumer-related litigation
, with meaningful exposure to federal court matters
.

• Manage and support cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Conduct legal research and case strategy development
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on active litigation matters

• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience
• Active admission to the California State Bar
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with or exposure to federal court is a strong plus
• Background in consumer protection, plaintiff-side litigation, or personal injury is preferred
• Ability to work in a hybrid Los Angeles-based environment
