Overview
A rapidly growing, full-service team is looking for a sharp Real Estate Transaction Attorney to take ownership of sophisticated commercial deals. If you love drafting, negotiating, and quarterbacking transactions from LOI to closing, this role will put you at the center of major projects.
What You’ll Work On- Complex purchase & sale transactions
- Commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial)
- Financing, refinancing & joint ventures
- Due diligence, title/survey review, and closings
- 4–10 years’ experience in real estate transactions
- Confident deal-maker with strong drafting skills
- Able to run deals independently with precision
- Looking for real responsibility and client interaction
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $250,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
