Overview
A well-established Los Angeles litigation firm is seeking a Senior Trial & Litigation Attorney with 7-10+ years of experience and a strong trial record. This position is ideal for a seasoned litigator who can step into a leadership role, take ownership of significant matters, and serve as a key trial resource within the firm.
Responsibilities- Act as lead or second-chair in jury and bench trials
- Oversee litigation matters from pre-filing through trial and post-trial
- Develop case strategy, trial themes, and witness preparation
- Handle complex motion practice and high-stakes depositions
- Advise clients and manage key relationships
- Provide mentorship and trial guidance to junior attorneys
- 10+ years of civil/complex commercial litigation experience
- Substantial trial experience required
- Proven ability to independently manage complex matters
- Strong courtroom presence and strategic judgment
- Bonus eligibility tied to performance and contributions
- Flexible hybrid arrangement for experienced attorneys
- Reasonable billable expectations relative to seniority
