We are seeking a litigation Attorney and/or a litigator to join our team and take on a case load of 40 to 50 cases. Our Attorney will work closely with their respective team based on his or her experience on all aspect of litigating a case from A to Z in LITIGATION . PERSONAL INJURY / EMPLOYMENTS law: and or HABITABILITY LAW IS A MUST, as we would like the person to hit the ground running with our firm.

Responsibilities include:

* Handle 40 to 50 cases in litigation

* be driven to grow

* be responsible to overlook discovery / Propound and respond to discovery

* be experienced in Law and motion

* Prepare clients for and take and defend depositions,

* Attend hearings in both state an federal courts

* Provide communication and excellent customer service to all clients

Qualified candidate will be in good standing and have a CA license and 3-5 years of litigation experience. Experience in Personal Injury law is a MUST. Must able to work under strict deadlines, and multitask in a fast paced environment. Candidates must have excellent research skill and oral and written communication skills. xrlwcon Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
