The Century City (Los Angeles) office is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join its growing Entertainment & Media practice
, with a primary focus on music-industry M&A and acquisitions
. This role is ideal for an associate who enjoys fast-paced deal work and wants to deepen their experience in entertainment-focused transactions.
Associates in this group are actively involved throughout the lifecycle of a deal; drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supporting due diligence, coordinating with specialty practices, and working directly with partners and clients. Matters often involve high-profile assets and clients operating at the intersection of entertainment, media, and technology.
Qualifications- Corporate transactional experience with a focus on M&A and acquisitions
- Exposure to entertainment, media, or music-related transactions preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience
