Overview
Holland & Knight LLP seeks a senior-level associate to join its dynamic Corporate M&A and Securities Practice. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience with an emphasis on M&A and private equity transactions. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the full suite of documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions, as well as proficiency in drafting and negotiating the same.
A proven track record supporting private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle (initial platform acquisitions, add-ons, portfolio company governance and exits), and familiarity with middle-market deal structures, are strongly preferred. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.

This position may be filled in Century City. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $365,000 – 420,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual s actual compensation will depend on the individual s qualifications and experience.
