Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment

Overview

We’re partnering with a well-established law firm to identify a Labor & Employment Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join a collaborative and growing practice. This is a great opportunity for an early-career attorney looking for hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and meaningful exposure to labor and employment matters.

• Supporting labor & employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
• Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda
• Assisting senior attorneys with case strategy, preparation, and client interaction

• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience (L&E experience required)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Active California Bar admission (required)

• Salary range: $135,000–$160,000, DOE
• Full benefits + year-end discretionary bonus eligibility
