Overview
We’re partnering with a well-established law firm to identify a Labor & Employment Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join a collaborative and growing practice. This is a great opportunity for an early-career attorney looking for hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and meaningful exposure to labor and employment matters.
Responsibilities- Supporting labor & employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
- Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda
- Assisting senior attorneys with case strategy, preparation, and client interaction
- 1–3 years of relevant legal experience (L&E experience required)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Active California Bar admission (required)
- Salary range: $135,000–$160,000, DOE
- Full benefits + year-end discretionary bonus eligibility
