First-Party Property Plaintiff Attorney

We are seeking a bright, hardworking, and outgoing attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on claim handling and litigation.

The attorney will handle first-party property claims from inception through settlement
, including:

• Adjusting claims in a manner similar to a public adjuster
• Inspecting homes and properties
• Meeting and negotiating with insurance adjusters
• Filing suit and litigating claims when necessary
• Negotiating and resolving claims efficiently

• Prior first-party property litigation experience required
• Plaintiff or defense background will be considered
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Bernstein | Polsky handles both first-party property and personal injury matters. As the firm evolves, this position may transition to include more personal injury work.

Six-figure salary commensurate with experience.
