Our client, an internationally recognized law firm, is seeking two Junior to Midlevel Associates for their fast-growing Construction Litigation practice.
Were open to candidates throughout the state of California. This is an opportunity to work in high-stakes, non-insurance litigation involving large multimillion-dollar construction disputes, as well as complex business contract claims, False Claims Act matters, bidding disputes, and statutory enforcement issues.
- Handling construction disputes, including public/private projects, breach of contract, delay claims, and defect cases.
- Preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
- Conducting depositions, document review, and assisting with trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Conducting legal research to support litigation strategies.
- Work on cases in state and federal court, plus international arbitration
- Take on meaningful responsibility early, with mentorship and training available
- Perform additional duties & tasks assigned.
- Must have 2–5 years of litigation experience, with specialized knowledge in construction law preferred.
- JD (Juris Doctor) Degree from an Accredited Law School
- Active California Bar Membership in Good Standing
- Excellent Analytical, Research & Writing Skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases.
