Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters with a focus on employment law
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and assist with trial preparation
- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Employment law experience preferred (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently with appropriate supervision
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $170,000
. The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
