Finance Associate

A prestigious Am Law 50 and Chambers-ranked firm is seeking an associate in the class of 2019 to 2024 to join its Finance Group in New York. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience handling structured finance, leveraged finance, and/or general financing transactions.

Applicants should be admitted to practice in the State of California and possess strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and a solid foundation in complex deal execution. The firm values associates who demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage matters efficiently while working collaboratively with partners and clients.
