Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid - 3 days onsite
A top-tier Am Law 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Matrimonial / Family Law Paralegal to join its highly regarded Los Angeles practice. This role supports high-profile, high-net-worth clients on sophisticated and confidential family law matters and offers a hybrid work schedule.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to work on complex matters from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys with all phases of California matrimonial and family law matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents
- Prepare Net Worth Statements, Financial Affidavits, and mandatory disclosures
- Manage and organize financial discovery and case materials
- Conduct legal and factual research and summarize findings
- Support deposition preparation, trial preparation, and attend hearings/trials as needed
- Coordinate case logistics and manage deadlines
- Provide white-glove client service on sensitive, high-confidentiality matters
- 3+ years of paralegal experience focused on matrimonial/family law
- Strong knowledge of California family law and litigation procedures
- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Salary range: $100,000 – $130,000 (DOE)
- Discretionary bonus eligibility
