Position Overview
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks an attorney with 4–6 years (ONLY) of construction litigation (defense) experience to join its Construction Business Unit in Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities- Hands‑on trial preparation and courtroom practice, including primary file responsibility, motion practice, and depositions.
- Advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- 4–6 years of construction litigation defense experience.
- Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with matters involving construction, engineering, or architecture.
- Familiarity with insurance defense processes.
- Strong academic record from an ABA‑accredited law school.
- Actively licensed to practice law in California.
- Trial preparation
