We are seeking a litigation associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our industry-leading Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Group. The role may be based in our Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento or San Franciscos offices. Ideal candidates will have excellent academic credentials, outstanding research and writing skills and experience drafting pleadings and preparing discovery. Experience reviewing title documents is preferred.
The successful candidate will be able to handle multiple projects efficiently and work well as part of a team. We offer a collegial, hybrid work environment and excellent advancement opportunities for associates. Admission to the State Bar of California is required.
The salary range for the position of 2–5-year associate at Nossaman is $200,000 to $230,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Associates are also eligible for various annual bonuses including a bonus of 15% of base compensation should they meet Nossaman’s 1,850 annual billable hours expectation.
Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work)
