Mid-Level to Senior Litigation Associate

Woodland Hills, CA – Joining the EPL litigation group at Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP, a leading defense firm with over 130 lawyers and nine offices across California, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Represent clients in all levels of litigation and transactional work.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, commanding their confidence.
• Prepare and deliver oral and written arguments; produce high‑quality briefs and memoranda.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identify and resolve complex legal problems swiftly.

Education and Experience:

• Admission to practice law in California.
• Minimum five (5) years of litigation experience.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong legal research, writing and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to interact with clients and build trust.
• Problem‑solving capability with a proactive approach.
