• Managing discovery and drafting compelling motions and legal briefs
• Conducting depositions and preparing for trial with senior attorneys
• Collaborating closely with partners and fellow associates
• Developing long-term client relationships with structured support
• Growing your book of business with bonus incentives for new clients

• Base salary: $110,000 – $200,000
• Monthly bonus: $60 per billable hour over 160 hours
• Business development reward: 10% of collected revenue from new clients
