We're a national employment law firm with over 25 offices and more than 450 attorneys. Our attorneys practice before state and federal courts and administrative agencies across the US and we are looking for a Mid-Senior Level Litigation Associate to join our team!

Salary $200,000 - $265,000 per year
Responsibilities- Experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
- Qualified candidates should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions and other briefs, as well as taking and defending depositions.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.
- Must be admitted to practice in the state of California.
- Proven track record in defense litigation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
