Associate Attorney (Trial Experience Required) Hybrid | Los Angeles, CA

We are expanding our Los Angeles office and seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with meaningful trial experience who is ready to step into the next chapter of their litigation career. This role is built for a lawyer who wants substantive responsibility, challenging cases, and the opportunity to grow alongside highly respected trial attorneys within a firm that values excellence, integrity, and purpose.

This is a hybrid position, with 2–3 days per week in our Los Angeles office, adjusted based on trial schedules.

• Lead complex civil litigation matters from initial investigation through trial and verdict
• Develop and execute a case strategy in high‑stakes matters involving extensive discovery and expert testimony
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and experts
• Prepare and argue dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, and post‑trial motions
• Prepare witnesses and experts for testimony and trial presentation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear assessments and strategic guidance throughout litigation
• Collaborate with experienced trial lawyers and a skilled litigation support team
• Travel as needed for depositions, hearings, and trials, both in California and nationwide

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of litigation and trial experience
• Active and good‑standing membership with the California State Bar
• Significant experience handling depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage complex litigation with sound judgment and professionalism

$150,000 per year plus growth incentive bonuses.
