Junior​/Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Litigation Associate - LA / Orange County (1800 hours)

We are working on a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate role at a well-regarded boutique with offices in Los Angeles and Orange County.

The firm handles sophisticated generalist litigation, including complex commercial disputes, white collar, and investigations, in a more sustainable environment than Big Law. Associates get hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, meaningful responsibility, and an 1800-hour target.

This role is a good fit for attorneys with solid litigation fundamentals who want strong training, broader exposure, and a long-term platform at a collaborative firm.

Highlights:

• True 1800-hour target
• Hybrid in-office model, with more flexibility after onboarding
• Total compensation: approximately $260–360K
