Salary $130,000 - $160,000 per year

The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in immigration matters, providing legal advice, conducting research, and negotiating on behalf of clients with an emphasis on Business and Investment Immigration.

• Experience with EB-5 petitions.
• Business Immigration Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in handling EB-1A cases is a plus
