Responsibilities- Develop litigation strategies, draft pleadings, and argue motions.
- Take depositions and advise clients directly.
- Handle complex IP litigation cases and general commercial disputes.
- Provide counsel to clients across cutting‑edge industries.
- 3–4 years of litigation experience.
- Active New York law license.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of cases.
