The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 2-8 years of litigation experience to gain exposure to a diverse range of complex cases, prominent national clients, and direct collaboration with in-house counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience in general liability, personal injury, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, handling cases from start to finish
• Work closely with colleagues and collaborate with partners on case strategy
• Conduct trial preparation, investigations, court appearances, mediations, and depositions
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California
• 2-7 years of defense litigation experience
• Experience in Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, and/or Transportation Litigation preferred
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Client-facing experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Legal project management experience is a plus

Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000 (Compensation based on experience, education, location, and other factors)

Bonuses: Eligible for discretionary bonuses
