5-15 years experience in areas of law (both plaintiff & defense) including:

• Complex Litigation: business, real estate disputes such as land use, breach of contract, trade secrets, IP, securities
• Personal Injury: catastrophic and severe injuries only, both plaintiff and defense, including car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, aeroplane accidents, wrongful death
• Labor & Employment: primarily on defense, including wrongful termination, discrimination, PAGA class actions, and related employment disputes
• Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith: including experience in depositions, in court and trial. Only represent the policyholder side but are willing to look at and potentially hire attorneys who have previously represented insurance companies.
• Active Bar status in the state of California
• 1980 billable hour requirement
