- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
- Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence, drafting, and closing activities
- Advise on entity formation, corporate governance, and ongoing corporate compliance
- Assist with joint ventures, licensing, and other strategic transactions
- Handle general corporate needs for emerging companies and established businesses
- Collaborate with partners and clients across multiple practice areas as needed
- 1–10+ years of broad corporate transactional experience
- Versatility across commercial contracts, corporate governance, or M&A support work
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Strong drafting, client communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and shifting priorities
