A well‑established California-based defense litigation law firm in Woodland Hills is seeking a mid‑level Associate Attorney to join its team. This is a full‑time, in‑office position offering meaningful case responsibility, mentorship, and long‑term growth.

Practice areas include: corporate defense, civil litigation, personal injury, construction defect, employment, and business disputes.

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal briefs
• Develop case strategy and advise clients
• Participate in depositions, client meetings, and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff

• 3–10 years of litigation experience (PI, construction defect, or commercial litigation preferred)
• Experience in a law firm environment with billable hour requirements
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Courtroom experience a plus
• Detail‑oriented and team‑focused

• $120,000–$175,000
