The firm is performing exceptionally well in the U.S. market and has built a robust, durable presence advising technology‑driven companies and investors on sophisticated, high‑value commercial and transactional matters.

The Technology Transactions practice advises on complex, cutting‑edge technology matters, including software and SaaS licensing, technology development and commercialization, data and privacy‑driven arrangements, strategic collaborations, and technology‑heavy M&A support. The work is often cross‑border and closely integrated with the firm’s elite corporate and regulatory practices.

The team is seeking mid‑level associates with meaningful experience in technology transactions, particularly in software, SaaS, and technology‑focused commercial agreements
. Ideal candidates will have trained at an elite Big Law firm, be comfortable advising technology‑driven businesses, and have experience supporting sophisticated transactions in fast‑paced environments.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school;
  Elite academic credentials
• Big Law training and experience
• Meaningful experience in technology transactions, including software, SaaS, licensing, data, or technology‑driven commercial agreements
• California Bar admission or eligibility to sit for the California Bar
