Personal Injury Attorney

Our firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with at least three (3) years of personal injury litigation experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing cases from inception through resolution and will work closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including pre-litigation and litigation files
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Attend hearings, court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurance carriers
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy throughout the life of each matter
• Collaborate with partners and support staff to ensure efficient case handling

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license and in good standing with the State Bar of [State]
• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff and/or defense)
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and personal injury law
• Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
