• Focus primarily on land use litigation, especially handling petitions for writ of mandate.
• Draft writs, oppositions, and other court filings; may require guidance initially, but independence is preferred.
• Collaborate with consultants on administrative land use processes across multiple cities.
• Represent clients primarily in developer-focused matters, navigating entitlement approvals and city processes.

• Minimum 2–4 years of focused land use litigation experience, or 10+ years of high-level litigation experience.
• Specific experience with petitions for writ of mandate required.
• Strong technical and procedural knowledge of Los Angeles land use law.
• Ability to work independently, with solid judgment and client-facing skills.
