Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 per year

A Bit About Us: We are a large nationally recognized law firm in need of a Senior Labor & Employment Attorney at Partner level with at least $500K in portable business to join us. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on a wide range of labor and employment-related matters. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package and an opportunity to work in a stimulating and challenging work environment.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a strong focus on litigation and traditional labor law.
• Exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients in labor and employment litigation matters.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proactive, pragmatic approach to legal issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
