A prominent, full-service law firm is growing its Intellectual Property Litigation group in Los Angeles. This role is well-suited for an attorney with judicial clerkship experience and prior law firm exposure who is eager to handle complex patent litigation matters and continue developing deep technical and advocacy skills.

• Handle intellectual property and patent litigation matters
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality briefs and motions
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop litigation strategy
• Advocate effectively in court and other legal proceedings

• At least one year of judicial clerkship experience, preferably at the federal level
• 2–6 years of prior law firm experience in relevant practice areas
• Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility to practice in California
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively
