What you will be doing
- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation matters
- Evaluate liability, damages, and treatment plans
- Draft and review demand packages
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress
- Collaborate with a full support team including case managers, demand writers, and lien negotiators
- Maintain detailed notes and case activity in the firm’s legal CRM (Litify)
- Active California Bar License and in good standing
- Minimum 4+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution
- Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal CRMs like Litify preferred
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
