• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial/procurement and technology contracts, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, development contracts, consultancy, outsourcing and other service provision agreements, and cloud‑based service model agreements.
• Drafting and negotiating contractual documentation related to the establishment and delivery of purpose‑built data centers.
• Advising on laws and regulations pertaining to digital infrastructure and partnering with global legal colleagues to develop standard policies and template agreements to improve efficiency and risk management.
• Distilling complex information to deliver clear, precise and pragmatic advice to business and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Engaging with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders (including the government relations team) to advocate and represent the company’s interests related to digital infrastructure development.

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school (or foreign equivalent) with membership in good standing in a US State Bar.
• Solid relevant experience gained in‑house or at a reputable law firm focusing on the digital infrastructure industry (e.g., data centers, telecommunications).
• Experience providing legal support for complex projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and advising on risk management.
• Experience of working collaboratively to develop new documentation and best practices, implementing legal processes in a fast‑paced international environment that enables business scale.
• Exceptional team spirit, an open mind, and willingness to take initiative on a wide range of projects.

• Data Infrastructure, Edge Networking and/or Energy sector experience (e.g., working with hyperscalers or large telcos).
• Adaptability and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
• Pragmatic, solutions‑focused with ability to propose commercially viable alternatives as part of risk management.
• Outstanding stakeholder fluency and engagement.
• International mindset with ability to adapt to different contracting jurisdictions and cultural norms.

Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $162,134 – $303,240 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
