General Liability Attorney

Overview

The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the California Bar is required. Partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevant experience.

• Contribute to the General Liability Practice, handling matters that involve general liability defense for businesses and individuals, including property and personal injury claims.
• Engage in litigation activities across all phases: case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

• Admission to the California Bar is required.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation; at least one (1) to seven (15) years of experience in case management, motion practice, discovery, and trial-related activities.
• Partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevant experience.
• While insurance defense experience is preferred, the firm is open to developing talented attorneys with excellent skills in any litigation arena.
