Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our nationally recognized trial-oriented, civil litigation law firm focused on representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices pursued as single event, mass tort, or class actions. We are on the front line of battling corporate malfeasance, and we work to expose wrongdoings that harm thousands of people.

Purpose and Impact of Your Role

As an Associate Attorney you will play an important role in supporting our litigation teams. You will conduct research, draft memos and briefs, propound and respond to discovery, and assist in all aspects of litigation and trial preparation. You will have the opportunity to work on single event and mass tort personal injury and wrongful death cases.

• Provide well-organized and insightful legal summaries and memoranda to support senior attorneys in developing winning strategies.
• Deliver accurate and well-crafted legal documents that effectively represent clients' interests.
• Efficiently gather and organize evidence necessary to build a strong case foundation.
• Provide knowledgeable support to effectively advocate for clients in legal proceedings.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the legal landscape to adapt strategies and provide the best possible client service.

What You Will Bring to the Table

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-3 years of Associate Attorney experience.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• A collaborative spirit and desire to work in a team environment that lifts each other up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
